Contract Conclusion
The contract between the customer and Blueten24.de shall take effect when the customer places an order (by clicking the button "order") and this is accepted by Blueten24.de. The customer's order is an offer to enter into a purchase contract. The receipt will be sent by e-mail directly after the customer's order and is no acceptance of this offer. We may accept this offer and the contract will take effect by delivering the goods or by confirmation of delivery. Your order data will not be accessible via internet because of security reasons. You can receive information by writing to us per mail or e-mail.

Opportunity to change your order during the order process
Before the final transmission of your order via our shopping cart system you will receive a list of your order. By clicking the "back" button, you can correct your data when needed.

Prices, payment
Our prices contain statutory German VAT as far as the customer does not change its customer form to merchant. Currently, the general German VAT rate is 19%. Only those prices do apply, that are shown at the time of order.

Time-limits and dates specified by Blueten24.de shall not be binding and are no promise of delivery. Please refer to our information on payment and shipping costs for further information.

Revocation
As a consumer you may revoke your declaration to conclude a sales contract within a period of two weeks in writing (e-mail will suffice) without stating a reason or by returning the goods. We will pay the shipping costs of returning if your order exceeds the amount of 40 EURO. As a consequence, consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB may revoke their declaration to conclude a sales contract within a period of two weeks. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term. Please make sure your package is adequately stamped. We will promptly refund stamp costs, if we are liable to pay the costs. The consumer's right of revocation and the right to return goods do not apply for pharmaceutical products (Bach remedies) and food.

The customer must examine the consignment promptly upon receipt and notify Blueten24.de in writing if any items or components were not free from defects or not included in the shipment. If we do not receive such a notification of defects within two weeks from date of delivery, the goods shall be deemed to be approved and accepted. If you return defect or used goods, we will deduct the amount permitted by law. You can avoid this measure by examining only the items upon receipt as you would in a retail shop, without leaving traces of usage and returning the item in original packing.

Delivery and delivery times
Bachflowers are not being manufactured in industry. Small companies prepare handmade remedies and globuli. Out of this reason, there may at times occur delivery bottlenecks, especially when there is an increase of demand. Delivery of stocked items is normally within 5 working days of receipt of order. Time-limits and dates specified by Blueten24.de shall not be binding. A withdrawal from the contract because of delay of delivery caused by the manufacturer we have no stake in, is not possible.

Subject to change
The items are displayed in the internet shop exemplary by pictures. The actual delivered item can differ from these pictures. Changes serving the improvement and advancement of the items as well as small changes of products may occur. The seller is authorized to deliver a changed version of the item. If the delivery of the demanded item is impossible, Blueten24.de shall be entitled to terminate the contract.

Protective Clause
The customer declares his consent to our General terms and conditions by placing an order with Blueten24.de online, in written form or by telephone. This applies especially to orders via the internet. Our conditions of sale apply also, if the customer affirms the sales contract deviant from our General terms and conditions even when we do not contradict. Variations of the terms are only valid, if we consent in written form.

Ban of assignment
The assignment of claims or obligations of the customer concerning the selling contract are not permitted without the consent of the seller in written form.

Retention of Title
All items delivered by Blueten24.de remain its property until such items have been paid in full and all claims resulting from the transaction have been met.

Liability
Liability for our products and services result out of the applying legal regulations.
